Respect is part of the experience

Your privacy.
Your family’s wishes.

FR Memorials is a service of FR Creative Group LLC. This notice explains how information is handled for service viewing, family messages, and livestream enquiries.

Service-specific messages

Every condolence will be stored against the service where it was submitted. A name and message may be included in a keepsake for that family. When a visitor chooses “family only,” the message will not be displayed publicly. Authorized FR staff will review submissions before public display or delivery to the family.

Viewing privacy

A service is listed publicly only when the family has approved public listing. Link-only services are not listed, but a link may still be forwarded. Passcode services require the family’s code and protected playback. No website can prevent every screen recording, forwarded link, shared passcode, or copied keepsake.

Video delivery and essential technology

Opening a family viewing page may connect to approved video-delivery, hosting, security, email-delivery, anti-spam, or communications providers. Those providers may receive technical and contact information only as needed to provide their services. Essential cookies may be used for protected viewing and authorized owner access.

Enquiries

FR uses enquiry details to discuss arrangements and respond to a request. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, take a payment, or subscribe anyone to marketing. The current enquiry form prepares an email in the visitor’s email app; the visitor chooses whether to send it.

Retention, correction, and removal

Replay availability and retention are agreed with the family. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, and appropriate business records. Contact info@madebyfr.com or 202-510-7179 about a correction, removal, or the intended recipient of a message. Do not include medical, financial, account, or other highly sensitive information in a condolence.

Security and limitations

FR uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the services offered, but no transmission, storage, link, passcode, or livestream can be guaranteed completely secure or interruption-free.
