Help watching
a service.
You do not need to understand the technology.
Start with these simple steps. If you still need help, call us at 202-510-7179.
Choose “Watch the service.”
The family page will open. Press the large Play button. You do not need to create an FR account for direct website viewing.
Turn up your sound.
Use your phone, tablet, or computer volume. Also make sure the speaker icon inside the video is not muted.
The service has not started.
Stay on the family page. The live system can continue checking for the broadcast. The service may begin a few minutes after the listed time.
The video has stopped.
Use the retry option below the player or refresh the page. There may also be a planned pause while the team travels to the cemetery.
I want a bigger picture.
Use the full-screen button in the bottom corner of the video. On a phone, turning it sideways may make the picture larger.
I have a private invitation.
Open the exact link the family sent. If a passcode is requested, enter the code from the invitation. There is no need to register.
Can I watch later?
When a recording is ready and the family has chosen to share it, return to the same link and choose the recording.
I need captions.
Choose the captions or CC button when it is available. Captions depend on the broadcast setup; contact FR before the service to arrange access needs.
